Amazon PPC for private-label brands · $50K–$10M+

One CPG founder told us: “I was 60 days from shutting down.” This year, she crossed $3M in revenue with a 15% TACoS.

Pinnakl architects Amazon advertising systems engineered for one outcome: profitable growth. Not vanity ACoS. Not rented traffic. Your actual profit.

Send us your last 90 days. We’ll tell you exactly what’s broken.

The problem

Revenue is growing. Profit isn’t.

Most Amazon PPC is broken in the same way. The structure is wrong, the targeting feeds Amazon’s revenue instead of your margins, and whoever manages it is optimizing the wrong metric.

15%+

TACoS keeps climbing

Your total ad cost of sale is above 15% and nobody can tell you why. Every month, more of your revenue goes back to Amazon.

Your campaigns bid against each other

Duplicate targeting, overlapping keywords, mixed match types and no negatives. Your own ads drive up your own costs.

You got dashboards, not profit

An agency that promised the world. A freelancer who was great for three months, then coasted. You’ve been burned before.

Let’s Find Your Hidden Profit

This is a simple estimate at constant revenue. Real results depend on your margins, category and account structure, which is exactly what the free audit measures.

What we do

We don’t monitor campaigns. We architect them.

Full-service Amazon advertising strategy, execution and management, built around profit per unit rather than vanity ACoS.

Sponsored Products, Brands & Display

Every ad type managed as one system, not three disconnected dashboards.

Campaign architecture

Complete restructuring from the ground up. No overlap, no cannibalization.

Keyword research & negatives

Harvesting, graduation and negative keyword management at scale.

Profit-per-unit bidding

Bids driven by your margins, not an arbitrary ACoS target.

TACoS as the health metric

We manage total ad cost of sale, the number that tells you if ads are building the brand.

New-to-Brand acquisition

Campaigns built to win first purchases at a cost that makes long-term sense.

Listing optimization

SEO-focused, conversion-driven listings so every ad click works harder.

Walmart PPC

For brands ready to expand beyond Amazon with the same discipline.

Weekly reporting

Revenue, ad spend, TACoS and profit contribution. The metrics that drive your business.

Our process

Five steps. Every one has a purpose.

Nothing is assumed. Everything is measured against your profit targets.

  1. 01

    Deep-dive audit

Account structure, keywords, bid history, TACoS trends and margins, taken apart to find exactly where money is wasted.

  2. 02

    Custom strategy blueprint

Built for your margins, competitive position and growth targets. No templates.

  3. 03

    Surgical restructure

Keyword segmentation, match types, budgets and negatives, rebuilt for efficiency and scale.

  4. 04

    Aggressive optimization

Bid adjustments, harvesting and negative expansion every week. Never set and forget.

  5. 05

    Scale or kill

What works gets scaled. What doesn’t gets cut. We don’t run campaigns on hope.

Why Pinnakl exists

A note from the founder

Revenue was growing, but for some of my clients, profit wasn’t. That tension became my obsession.

I’m Shariq. I’ve spent the last 5 years inside Amazon PPC accounts. Not managing dashboards from a distance, but living inside the numbers, keyword by keyword, for 200+ private-label brands.

Pinnakl isn’t an agency in the traditional sense. We don’t manage 40 accounts with copy-paste strategies. We take on 4–6 brands per quarter and give each one obsessive, detail-driven attention.

I will tell you the truth about your account. And if I’m not the right person to fix it, I’ll tell you that too.
